If you have multiple cleaners attached to one customer our system allows you to create teams and team leaders as well as individual cleaners.
Each cleaner has their dashboard login and can report in sick or report that they can’t complete the clean and your system will know automatically to make you aware, so you can change cleaner or pause the job.
You may have cleaners working with multiple customers or you may want to move them from one job to another. If you do this the cleaner’s schedule will change dynamically ensuring a fast solution.
You can communicate with your cleaners or teams directly from your dashboard throughout their entire shift or working rota.
